So, I've been going on the big boats! The blue ferries that go so so fast! I love it, I always want to stand right at the front so that I can see where we are going and feel the wind in my hair! Unfortunately, that has its drawbacks, like these pictures with my crazy hair and squinting cos it is so windy and sunny! But honestly, I was smiling the whole time - I love these ferries!
I've also been showing my Daddy around some of my favourite playgrounds! It's really nice to have a bit more time to spend with him and it is always sunny, so we can go to the playground everyday!
These are pictures of me on my favourite things in the playground! The swings, the spinny thing (that makes me so dizzy I always fall over afterwards), concentrating hard at the top of the slide, and loving my dragon!
But back to talking of firsts....I got to wear my new pj's for the first time - I love them, because I love Thomas and I've never had pj's with choo choo's before!
Also mummy and daddy took me to see my first film at the cinema! Apparently I used to go with mummy when I was little, but that doesn't count because I can't remember and because she used to see grown up films. This was a film just for me! It was called Planes, and it was all about a plane called Dusty who joined in a race and went really fast! It was brilliant because I love airplanes, and there were also lots of trucks and cars and tractors and boats in it too (only one choo choo, but heh, you can't have everything!)
Unfortunately, because I had never seen such a big tv before, I forgot to smile for the camera, so I look a bit dumb in these photos. My favourite is the first one, because mummy looks dumb too!
There were a few scary bits and I nearly cried, but mummy said it would be ok in the end, and she was right (how did she know that? Has she seen this film before?).
Later on we went out for dinner and I got my own burger and chips, all to myself - another first! It was brilliant! I ate all of the chips and some of the burger, and I think I'd like to have another one sometime!
Tomorrow we are going on our first Australian picnic. It is with some of mummy and daddy's old friends from St Andrews - mummy says that they have one big boy and one little boy for me to play with, which I am looking forward to! I hope I can understand what they say - I think they might have Australian accents....
