My turn!

Finally, Mummy let me borrow the iPad, so I can tell you all about my amazing adventure!

It started in a hotel in Brisbane, where some lady I didn't even know gave me a stuffed monkey! I love him, even though mummy and daddy say I can't cuddle him all night because he's not "age-appropriate" and I already have two stuffed toys in my cot....

The next day we got to go on another airplane! I was so excited but in the end it was a bit boring, so I had a nap! When we got to the airport at Perth, we got to have a taxi ride to the hotel! I love taxi rides, but I do sometimes get confused and call them taxi boats! Later that day, we picked up Daddy's new car, it had a seat in it just for me!

Before bed that night Daddy and I invented the best game ever! I wanted to play it all night, but Mummy said I had to go to bed! You can see us playing the game if you click this link.

The next day we went to the most awesome playground ever, I wanted to stay there and never leave! Here are just a few photos of me playing

Well, maybe more than a few.... But like I said, it was the best playground ever! I mean, the airplane even had an engine! Watch this

After that we didn't visit that many more playgrounds, but I did see a lot of wild animals, like penguins, sea lions, pelicans, dolphins, whales and quokkas!

I found out that I am a little taller than a Gentoo Penguin, but not as tall as a King Penguin!

And I visited a lot of beaches and played with my friends L and K!

I really enjoyed surfing!

And trampolining, you should see me now - I can really jump high, even without a trampoline (or as i call it, a bouncy bouncy)

I also met a very strange dog, who stood very still....even when I poked my finger up his nose!

It was a great trip but I wasn't sad to come home because I got to go on another airplane, and because I missed riding on the ferries everyday!

Since we've been back, I've been very busy!

I've found a new hiding place.....

Been for a walk in the bush.....

met a wild Goanna (not the first one I've met, but the biggest!) and seen their scratches on the trees....

Seen an elephant doing a headstand

And an eastern water skink

I've learned how to take really big bites

Seen my first big thunderstorm

And learned more about Australian art and culture....but more on that in my next update....it's nap time now and we're out for dinner with Daddy's work friends tonight, so I have to be on my best behaviour!

This week I have been mostly eating.....

Yes, that is right, this week I have been mostly eating :-)

My appetite is large and varied, in addition to burritos and fajitas, I also enjoy chicken Caesar salad, steak, full breakfasts, and frozen yogurt!

Here are some pictures of me eating things. Or helping get things ready.... Sorry for my messy face, I am still not great at using my spoon and fork. I have resorted to picking up my frozen yogurt in my fingers if I can't get it on the spoon!

I think these are the biggest steaks I have ever seen! Mummy said they were the biggest she's seen too! Daddy said they cost about £4.50 each and we should have them every week! That is ok by me, I love steak!

I have also been going swimming everyday and I went to music class twice this week. I am still not really sure that I enjoy it, but I have realised that the cushions that everyone sits on are quite fun to play with!

But when the man with the microphone starts singing I just put my fingers in my ears!

At least I get a nice ferry ride on the way there and back. Sometimes mummy lets me stand on her lap and look out of the window

I saw a pelican!

I have been enjoying stories and watching Bob the Builder on Daddy's phone

And I even spotted a very strange rowing boat going past our house!

This week, I have decided that the see saw is my favourite thing at the playground.

On Saturday, we took the River Tour boat, I was excited because it was a new kind of boat for me, and we went to different places on the River which I hadn't seen before:

Here I am with Daddy, in front of the Powerhouse, Brisbane's old power station which is now a music venue. And I was very excited to see a tug boat!

And a cruise liner!

And we even sailed past Teneriffe, which made Mummy and Daddy laugh!

Today Mummy had to stay home and clean the house because we are moving again. Not forever, but for a while. We are going on another airplane to a place called Perth, and someone else is going to stay in this apartment. Mummy spend the whole day cleaning and told me I wasn't allowed to touch any more patio doors, balcony glass or mirrors or throw my couscous on the floor anymore.

Luckily, Daddy said that we should go out and have fun and stay out of Mummy's way, so we went to the hills for a walk. We walked around a reservoir and saw lots of ducks, cockatoos and lizards. We looked for wallabies and koalas but didn't see any. Daddy said that it was because I slept late and then it was too hot and they had all gone for a nap! It was very hot but luckily, when we finished the walk, Daddy decided that we should have some juice and some ice cream. I ate too much ice cream at once and got brain freeze, which made me cry and an old man laughed at me. But I still finished my ice cream! What a great day out with Daddy! Here are some pictures

See you soon, love Crack xxx
